Vanilla Protein Pancakes

Who says you have to feel guilty after eating pancakes for breakfast? Not me! These protein pancakes will fill you up, satisfy your sweet tooth and start your day off on the best foot.

Everything You Need Right at Home!

For this recipe, you should have everything you need right in your pantry. You just need flour, baking powder, an egg, milk and butter. Oh and of course, some protein powder.

If you are dairy-free or prefer better alternatives for you, you are welcome to use almond or oat milk as the milk and coconut oil or ghee as the butter. Either way, these pancakes will come out fluffy and flavorful!

For the protein, I exclusively use Organifi’s Vanilla Protein Powder. This protein powder is plant-based and has all great ingredients in it without losing any flavor.

Don’t let the classic butter and syrup be your only pancake topping. Try out some melted nut butter, honey or fresh fruit for some healthier alternatives to a classic.
