15-Minute Oven Roasted Parmesan Asparagus

What’s better than an easy side dish? An easy side dish that only takes about 15 minutes of prep time and cook time! 

Simply wash your asparagus, cut off the bottom inch of the veggie, coat in a little olive oil, seasoning and parmesan cheese. Then bake for 10 minutes and ta-da! A flavorful and healthy side dish is finished in almost no time.

Ingredients

  • 1 bundle of fresh asparagus
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp salt and pepper
  • ½ c parmesan cheese

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Rinse fresh asparagus and cut off the bottom inch or so of the asparagus base.
  • Spread asparagus evenly on a parchment paper lined baking sheet.
  • Drizzle olive oil and sprinkle seasonings on top of asparagus.
  • Top evenly with parmesan cheese. 
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes or until cheese starts to show crispy brown spots. Serve immediately.
