Looking for that perfect weekend snack? You know the kind that you put together and it ruins your appetite for dinner? Impress even yourself by making these restaurant-quality loaded nachos and indulge!

What makes these nachos so great?

Where do I start…well when you order nachos at a restaurant, you’re likely picking off those pale pink tomatoes that you know are used slightly past their expiration. You’re either saying they’re too spicy or there’s not enough spice because let’s face it, they have to please the average person’s spice tolerance. But you’re not the average person, so load these nachos up with YOUR favorites.

Start with a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or foil for easy clean up. Lay out as many chips as you can handle and top with your favorites.

Topping Options

I layer my nachos with my favorite toppings, but don’t let my hatred for tomatoes stand in the way of making your best nachos. Other topping ideas include:

  • Shredded chicken
  • Black beans
  • Taco sauce
  • Corn
  • Lime juice
  • Shredded lettuce
  • Red onion
  • Salsa
  • Other types of cheese

The list goes on and on. Just don’t be shy and make them your own!

Ingredients
